took a test on line for about an hour. questions invoving how I would handel a certain situation.
then i got an email that i was going to called for a phone interview. asked basicquestions about my career backround. and now i have a face to face interview the end of march.

The Interview process was pretty easy. I talked to someone on the phone and then once they decided to move forward with me, I met with a few managers of the company. After, I got a call a few days later letting me know I got the job.

Spoke to a recruiter she ask background questions on my resume, asked for examples of good customer interaction and a bad one, asked may availability, asked about my set up at home for remote position, ended telling me i would be contacted by AMEX but i never did.

There was a pre screen process then interview prep session that was over an hour then the interview was a group interview and was 2 hours.this was over a week and a half timeframe. But the interview paid off and I landed the position. Very knowledge based
