Awful long phonecall with a Polish person who didn;t now anything about the role and bombarded you with fact based questions like revenue turnover per client and total revenue and which only makes sense if put in context. Interview took an hours and then you get to hear that you are not selected to talk to the hiring manager. I think they interview everybody who applies before even having ask the hiring manager if he she is interested in the profile.....
