The interviews process is very tiring and cumbersome.they generally call you before time and the interviews is taken is taken after 4-5 hours.There is no transparency between what is said and what is offered. if you are fresher ,chances are that they will give you back end profile howsoever good you are in your communication skills or academics.Rather they will convince you hard join the night shifts only and pretend to show that there are no opening in morning/day shifts but this is not the truth. It took me more than a month to clear the 3 interviews with the hr.,op leader and finally the manager but ultimately i had to decline the offer due to some miscommunication in he offer letter. INTERNAL HIRING is done most of the time and deserving candidates are not selected .
