No direct hire - temp to full positions only for this role. You must pass a rather challenging assessment/test just to interview. If you get selected to interview with the company, you are sent a link to a Teams Meeting which you log onto with approx 30 other candidates and is hosted by 10 AEP employees. After quick introductions, the hosts then separate each candidate into private breakout rooms that the 10 hosts then take turns joining one at a time and ask the candidates two questions each. In total my interview meeting lasted at least two hours and had a lot of waiting between hosts. After ending the meeting I was offered the position 2-3 days later
