I participated in two interviews - 1 phone screening and 1 in person with a 2 person panel. The panel and questions were conversational and enjoyable overall. I was surprised to not get called back for a 3rd interview, but at least they didn't waste my time or string me along. The whole process was less than two weeks and they let me know asap that they went in a different direction.
