Everyone is hired, they do not care if you have any skills. They only care about profit, don't let someone get you hurt you will lose your job. Reading test was the hardest thing and that was easy.

Due to COVID-19, I was sent an email and set up a virtual interview about a week in advance. Did interview online and it was pretty straightforward. Just asked general interview questions about are you able to lift a certain weight, able to be away from home, etc.
