got an email asking to do a video interview then got a call asking to come in for a group interview then a week later got a call back for individual interview with the two managers then a week later got a call back with offer, overall easy and they were so nice

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
