J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en juil. 2023
Entretien
Two rounds, first round at student conference and then invited to superday at corporate HQ.
Combination of behavioral and case questions for both interviews. The interviewers were all friendly but it was an average experience. Reading questions off a script and going one by one so did not feel that conversational.

Entretien
It was a phone interview and this is the second time I have interviewed with this company and I will say I probably will never interview with this company again. Both times I have found the interviewer to be very condescending and arrogant. It seemed like the interviewer was trying to show how much more he knew and how much smarter he was. Once is a fluke but twice says something about the culture. Unfortunate since American seems like it could have such potential to be a great company but I was very turned off by the end of the interview.

Question 1
Asked what WACC was, difference in capital lease verse operating lease, what the four financial statements were and if a change needed to be made how you would make it. They were very heavy on accounting questions which is strange since this was a finance job. The questions itself weren't hard but the job description and the questions asked in the interview didn't line up as the job seemed to be finance related but the interview was more accounting related so it didn't seem like a good fit.
