In person group interview that starts with them confirming your name and your flight home (first test is if you remember your flight). Then you are led to a room for the group interview where you are divided in tables of 9. There is a written assignment waiting for you asking how you would handle another flight attendant now wanting to do beverage service during a long flight, but she is your senior and does the route often. From here you do a group project by building your beverage cart for a flight going from Dallas to Frankfurt, Germany. During this activity you are watched very closely on how you interact with your 'coworkers'. After you have two panel interviews where you are asked situational questions. After this you are tested for reach and the jump seat. From here the group interview comes to a close and they call peoples names and they are escorted out - not making it to the next round. If your name is not called you then move to one on one interviews where they go over your resume and such. At this point you may or may not be offered a CJO - to go to flight attendant training.
