If you move forward, you are given a 30-minute logical reasoning assessment. When you pass it the first time, you no longer need to do it in future applications. After that, I received an online interview w/ 1 analyst. Around 2 weeks following that, I received a phone call about flying out to HQ for a final round of interviews. At HQ I had 2 interviews, the first with 1 person and the second with 2. The experience of being flown out was great and wonderful but it honestly would not have been that different if the interviews were on Teams.
