You have to take an assessment online on memory and ordering. Then was invited to an in person group interview. Before the interview began they told us training (even for part time) is 30 days full time from 2-10:30 pm. They also said you have to have open availability because they do schedules based on seniority. As a newbie, you get whatever is left over. They also have mandatory overtime where you may have to stay longer than your original shift. They could have put this in an email. Pay started at 15.53 and even as part time, you get full benefits, including flight benefits. I didn’t proceed with the interview because I don’t have open availability.

Interview process was fairly simple. You get interviewed twice by different admin and they make a decision within weeks of interview. I was referred in however many of the the people in my group of candidates did not make it through the entire onboarding process. for one reason or another.
