I just took the video interview and everything that other applicants wrote about still applies. There are four questions, including a asking for a time when you had an angry customer and repeating a scenario by providing as many details as possible. I thought I could go back and re-watch what I said but you only get one 'take'. I would love to be selected for the next round but I don't think it will happen. I was thrown off without the give and take of a in person interview.
