Group interview. The interviewers were very easy to speak with. They made you feel comfortable and not like you were being interviewed. They spoke with us on what the job consisted of, and who they were looking to employ. Seven question were asked. Only remember the few I included below. Overall great interview process.

Entretien
You will take an online assessment, and if that goes well, then you will be invited to the airport for a F2F interview before a panel, where other people will also be interviewing.

How do you handle a difficult situation with angry customer ?
Just be yourself, they really love people who has great customer service skills and show that they have great hospitality. Don't make it an interview, try to make it a conversation.
