J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en oct. 2012

The interview was sprung on me very last minute. Although I could not get out of work for the interview's originally scheduled day, which was worded as a now-or-never opportunity, I responded politely and persistently and was able to schedule for the week directly following. The company flew me non-rev to DFW, where I stayed the night in a hotel at my own cost. The next morning began the interview process at another hotel. There was a lot of nervous energy in the room as it started with a Q&A session. Following that were basic interview questions in groups of 5 or 6. Then were individual interviews. I had prepared for a million tricky questions, but the interview seems overly simplistic. It was so easy and actually really fun! Everyone was talking about where they were from, where they had been in their lives, and everyone was super-caffeinated. By the end of the day, those selected were signing conditional job offers. It felt dream-like, especially because I couldn't get back in contact with the company for several weeks. Overall a really positive experience.
