I was flown out to Dallas/Ft. Worth for a day to interview with a group of engineers for an engineering co-op position. It was only one interview that lasted about an hour. It was a purely behavioral interview. Most of the questions asked were situation based and relating to my past projects and work experience. However, they were not willing to make an offer as they do not sponsor international students. I had listed in the application that I was an international student, and they should have noted that before flying me out for the interview.

Scheduled an interview through my school and then met with the guy and he asked me technical and behavioral questions. I had to whiteboard answers. Asked about my background and why I want to work there
