So I applied back in February (2016) and then didn't hear anything until the very beginning of April when I was asked to do a video interview. After successfully completing the video interview (on the very last day), I waited for months until I finally heard back at the end of May telling me I had been selected to attend a Face to Face. In the video interview, I was so nervous but I just smiled and gave very sincere responses (I also dressed professionally, which I recommend). When I arrived at the face to face interview, it was such a relaxing experience! We were told not to share the details of what goes on in the actual interview because it's causing the interviewers to constantly need to alter the hiring process that can be so tedious. But I can tell you that I highly suggest you smile and give honest answers! Insincerity won't get you very far, and also try to stay POSITIVE! Some of the responses I heard during the face to face yesterday ended on negative notes, and I really think that during any interview process it's so essential that you show the company you're wanting to work for that you have the ability to remain positive and find the good in all situations. :) Good luck!! Also, I put "Yes and I accepted" because Glassdoor forces you to say your outcome, but they don't offer job offers on the spot so I actually have no idea if I've been given the position, but I really hope so!
