I felt interview process was presented very well. Recruiters were friendly and tried to make group feel comfortable. It is hard not to be nervous in group interview. First thing asked to do was a written scenerio skill assignment. Then group game of who is who. Next was group interview. Then movie on the company benefits. Then some were called for one on one interview. I was lucky enough to have one on one. I was then fingerprinted and signed paperwork for background check. I was told I would hear in one to two weeks. I really thought I had made it in! I found out 2 weeks later that I was not selected. I was so so disappointed. I did email recruitment to ask for feedback.
One word of advice is to really give great answers in group interview. Apparently they score your answers. You want to be scored high in order to be considered. This counts when they are choosing candidates. I will try again in 6 months! Good luck✈️ .

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.

3. In person interview - a lot of ppl with eyes on you. Dress professionally.
4. 6 week training -very hard, but be a good study/test taker
