Phone interview with hiring personnel, in person interview with the regional vice president to ask general questions, followed by on boarding with the area manager. Simply ask what you have in experience in sales over all, with eye wear, and customer service. Not to difficult, they are willing to train many of the times if the sales background is strong and they verify with your references. They offer salary at the interview if they decide they want to hire you. They do a two week training and they let you know the location they are considering you for

It was a standard one on one sit down interview with basic customer service based questions. I did not get past this interview, so can’t give more information on the total process.
The interview was really easy and laid back. There was no reason to stress over it. It was fast. They give you some sheets to fill out and the beginning and things to sign.
Took about 30 min. It was your average interview. How many years of customer service experience did I have, what was my availability, how do I feel about wearing a mask during work and asked about how I would deal with a difficult customer.
