      Very sales pitch like. Trying to convince me it wasnt a scam. Complete waste of my valuable time! Not to mention its not salary plus commission.... its salary OR commission! People are nuts!

      First of all, I would like to say thank you for taking the time to give us feedback! At AMSG we pride ourselves in our upbeat personalities and go-getter attitudes and apologize if that came across as "sales pitch like". We are not by any means trying to convince you to join our firm. We interviewed you based upon your experience and qualifications. Also, we are not a scam, all of our employees are W-4 and all of our partners are Fortune 500 companies who would not do business with us if that was true. A pyramid scheme also has their employees "buy-in" to whatever it is their company is promoting, we however never ask you to purchase anything and actually provide full, paid training for the position you are hired for! As for the pay structure, you may have misunderstood the breakdown, we offer a guaranteed base and then an opportunity to make as much as you would like past that point, never leaving you without but always providing room for growth. Once again, thank you for your time and I hope this helped clear up some of those misconceptions for you. Please call our office if you would like any further information!

      It is very competitive with a 3 round interview process, but with competent and thorough interviewers who create a conversation, not an interrogation. My interviewer made me feel comfortable and asked questions about me and what I was skilled at, along with what may be required for the job. I was also able to get to know my interviewer, why he worked at this job and how he got into this field. It felt more like a conversation than an interview.

      Entretien

      Phone call asking for an interview within a few days of application. They emphasize it is not a pyramid scheme. But it is. You spend a few weeks in an entry-level position, then train others and eventually move up the pyramid to open your own agency........ Not worth the gas money or the time. They do in-store demos and expect you to work weekends.

      Amega Marketing has a clear-cut Management Training Program, which is not a pyramid scheme. We do not charge anyone to start working for our company. All of our positions start as entry level, because as my manager likes to say, you cannot coach a football team if you've never played football. We do need our employees to work weekends, as we partner with several large retailers, and their busiest times are during weekends.
