Be thorough with your C/C++, SQL and UNIX concepts. They will ask some exceptions or special questions on UNIX, Linux, SQL and OOP. Take your time and try to answer confidently. Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures is a plus. They will ask each and everything from your CV, and you'll have to explain that, for eg your project details etc.

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
