The General Manager and HR representative were very nice and professional. The talked about the role, then they allowed me to make my case. Further questions were asked about handling situations and understanding the business needs.

One interview with corporate recruiter, then one interview with plant management. One site visit after interviews and received verbal offer onsite. Mainly situational type questions. Both interviews were virtual, 30-60min.

The phone interview process was smooth and easy going. There was a lot of conversation regarding experience on my end. There were talks of further interviews, but no follow up from that conversation afterwards.

Introduction to HR and another engineer, opportunity to ask any questions I might have about the company or position. Then a tour, followed by group interview with the plant manager, supply chain manager, and a production manager.
