Very unprofessional ! The HR called me 2 days before to schedule an interview over call at 11 a.m. He didn't send any email confirmation for the same. Finally on the day of interview, I am sitting, waiting for the call to come. And at 11:30 a.m., the HR calls to tell me that my interview has been cancelled (not even rescheduled) because they have decided to go forward with some other candidates. On complaining that, they should have communicated this to me earlier and not 'half an hour after' the scheduled time, the HR replied to me "I am sorry I forgot to call you earlier. I didn't do this on purpose"
