Don’t waste your time. Actually, they even don’t know for which position they are conducting an interview. I really disappointed. This was really worst experience I ever faced in my career. I got a cell for one Recruitment Agency. She asked me all details about my experience, my skills and salary etc. Then she arranged my 1st round as telepathic interview. She gives me time between 02:00 PM to 02:30 PM and I got a call on 02:45 PM. The interview was good. Not very good. Then next day I got the call from Recruitment Agency and she told me that your 1st round has been clear and she will update you with date&time for the 2nd round. Next 4-5 days I didn’t get any update neither from Recruitment Agency nor from Company. Next week I again got a call from Recruitment Agency and she told me your 2nd round will be on tomorrow between 03:00 PM to 03:30 PM. I was waiting for call till 04:00 PM but unfortunately I didn’t receive any call! On the same day late evening, I got a message from Recruitment Agency. She has mentioned that “Sorry, your application can’t proceed further as they need Team Leader for this opening!!” I really surprised! Why they have arranged my interview for Sr. iOS developer position if they want “Team Leader”! Does this make sense! I think NO.
