Amazon interview process is a waste of people's time. Its extensively long that asks a lot of stories questions that doesnt allow the person to shine in their authentic self. You have to follow the star method which is robotic. Someone can do great in an interview but dont have the work ethics to back it up. And someone can be amazing with their work ethics but not a great speaker. Talk is cheap, and the interview process was draining, inauthentic and a waste of people's time.
