Entretien
Because the project needs to connect with Hong Kong customers, the Cantonese language requirement is very high. After I introduced myself, the interviewer found that I didn’t speak Cantonese very well and ended the interview hastily.

Nach einem initialen Phonescreen gibt es zwei Telefoninterviews, bei welchen die Leadership Principles im Vodergrund stehen. Dabei ist zentral, dass man zu jedem den Principles eine gute Geschichte im STAR Format vorbereitet hat, welche auch mit Daten hinterlegt ist.
