Interviewed with recruiter. Recruiter was very helpful and was able to accurately convey their expectations. This was followed by a panel interview. The panelists seemed very tech focused and didn't seem to have a great handle on the actual business processes.
A few calls/zoom with hiring manager and his boss. Also with the talent sourcing who helped alot. Then final day where you present a topic that they give you before and a full day of 5 interviews on site

Entretien
The interview process at AWS was structured and challenging, but fair. It consisted of four rounds:
1. Initial HR screening – Discussed my background, role expectations, and availability.
2. Technical phone screen – Focused on AWS core services, architectural decision-making, and scenario-based questions.
3. System design round – I was asked to design a scalable, secure architecture for a given use case (a media streaming platform).
4. Behavioral round (“Amazon Leadership Principles”) – STAR-format questions about past experiences, team collaboration, and problem-solving.
