Thorough and enjoyable process. In the final stage you will be interviewed against Amazon’s leadership principles in a series of competency style questions. Here the interviewers are really looking for cultural fit as well as ability to answer in detailed STAR format with a lot of emphasis on data you can point to in your examples. They will also probe and ask for further details/ clarifications so be prepared to be detailed! It is a unique process and intense but it also allows you to dive deep into Amazons culture and the opportunity to meet with a number of employees from different teams in the process of the final interviews and ask your own questions.
