The process was quite long in terms of time, and required some preparation. Interview with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with bar raiser (employee with certified skills as interviewer), additional 5 interviews with business leaders and HR people, writing exercise.

Complex and thorough process, several steps of interviews. Many questions were focusing on concrete real life examples of specific competences or skills, and adherence to Company's leadership principles.

Long process to get a response from the team, but good software for assessment used.
Not much feedback on the assessments so would like some feedback on why I wasn’t put forward.

efficient with the whole process completed within weeks. 2 rounds of phone screen and a panel of 5. The questions are generally different for each round. Be prepared to hear lots of the reasons behind your thought process and be challenged ( in a devil's advocate way :) ) on the delivery of approach.

Very long. 2 months from beginning to end. 2 x phone interviews and then a 5 hour long interview on leadership principles (5x 1:1 interviews). The gaps between each of their stages was painful
