Recruiter has the first call, followed by 1 hour Phone screening followed by an on-site panel interview. The Phone screen checks for functional fitness whereas the panel checks for the cultural fitness. You have to be bar raising, so 50% better than the current people in the job.

Entretien
Painful and poorly managed but met some good people along the way. Most indicated they were not overly excited about AWS but didn’t mention leaving at all. HR was logistics coordinator for over 10 different meetings that took at least 3-4 days of time to prep and participate in.
