Asked situational questions and expected to answer in STAR method. I answered in STAR method but I guess because I didnt use the word "Situation", "Task" etc... it wasn't understood... Instead I said "there was a TIME..." "my RESPONSIBILITY was..." at the end of the interview the recruiter advised that I should answer them in STAR method. This is an example of a recruiter's incompetence creating a barrier for the interviewee because they can't understand. None the less I did not move forward in the process.
