Pretty standard, did the online challenge and then got the onsite which consisted of 4 rounds. Each round has a 15 minute chunk dedicated to 2 behavioral questions centered around the 16 leadership principles. During the bar raiser, you are grilled on your story. Make sure you emphasize what you did and the result.
