I spoke to a recruiter and had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I had a face to face interview at the facility within a week of the phone interview. Saw a tour of the facility and how the robots worked. Interviewed with 6 different people including the hiring manager, a young engineer, a few other managers of different departments, and the director who oversaw all the managers. Was an impressive facility and great people. They showed me the organization structure, what my expectations would me, and some of the people I would be working with. I really enjoyed the whole process.
