Easy interview/onboarding procedure. Information in the videos is helpful. The interview consists of a panel of onboarding people with a presenter and if you meet the requirements for an android smartphone and clean driving record, you are all set. The people are there to help you, so do not hesitate to assert your questions. The app you use requires a phone with 2gb ram and android 4.4+. There is a learning curve and the warehouse employees are happy to provide any assistance on your first pickup.

Applied on the Amazon Flex website and after submitting personal information and got a background check completed, Amazon Flex staff sent a link to my email where I was able to download the Amazon Flex app to start delivering.
