-tell me when you went above and beyond for a customer
-tell me about a time you had to work agains tight deadlines and didnt have to consider all options before making a decision
each round, the interviewer has like 2 of amazon principles and does around 3-4 questions

Very professional interview process and sensible questions. I felt at ease when speaking to all Amazon employees. The questions require you to think and are experience based. They focus on Amazon leadership principles.
