Applied through the website. It took approximately 3 or 4 weeks to hear back from them. I took an online assessment which was not difficult. Simple debugging problems. 3 days later I got scheduled a phone interview. Can't really say much about it just have some basic OOP knowledge and data structures. "Cracking the Coding Interview" definitely helped. Heard back from them about 2 weeks later with an offer
