Interview was very easy for a seasonal position. Basic HR questions. Asked if I have a car to drive to work, can I lift 50 lbs unassisted. Took a picture for ID at the end of the interview and received email shortly after saying they accepted me
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
For this position, there was no interview required. The application process was very simple and only required to fill a series of questions relevant to the employer, was hired on the spot.
