The interview process for the Area Manager position was structured and thorough. It began with an initial phone screening focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by one or more virtual or in-person interviews with hiring managers and team leads, where we discussed leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and my approach to managing teams and operations.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
