Segunda entrevista, son dos a tiempo real (30 min cada una) sobre preguntas que tienes que responder con STAR method sobre comno tu trabajas, demostrando los leadership principles de Amazon.
Antes de la última entrevista hay algun meet donde te preparan muy bien cómo será la entrevista final.

- Describe a time you took the lead on a project.
- What did you do when you needed to motivate a group or promote collaboration on a project?
- How have you used data to develop a strategy?

Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.

3. 2 45 minute back to back interviews with 15 minute break in between (took a month to get back)
