Little to no communication from the resourcing team. Invited to online assessments. Wasn't told that I didn't pass, just a regret email. The resourcing all automated and it felt like the Company didn't give consideration to any previous experience. There was no job description other than HR opportunities which doesn’t help identify whether you are a suitable candidate or not.
