Proceso muy estructurado, con una primera llamada explicando el proceso y siguientes fases con entrevistas con distintos miembros de Amazon siguiendo su metodología propia. Para responder las preguntas hay que seguir el proceso STAR (te proporcionan ellos mismos información al respecto). Finalmente te dan feedback, tanto positivo como negativo

Great and friendly people in interview process. It can be draining as they do a 3-4hr straight chunk but be careful not to repeat stories across interviews they will ding you for that

Interview process lasts months. By the time it gets to offer, the job you applied for is already filled and you are presented with a new set of openings. Absurd waste of professionals time
