Le processus s’est déroulé en plusieurs étapes. J’ai d’abord eu un premier échange téléphonique avec un recruteur pour discuter de mon parcours et de mes motivations. Ensuite, j’ai eu un entretien avec le manager de l’équipe, axé sur mon expérience en gestion de la relation client et en accompagnement

Comment réagir face à un client mécontent après une mise à jour ?

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
