Online test - Phone screen - Interview loop with 4 interviewers
Interview loop done within one day online.
Recruiter sent over a working sheet to explain what the leadership principles are and what you need to do to provide good answers.

Entretien
Two rounds, phone interview and final interview. The final interview is the famous loop consisting of four 1 on 1 rounds each lasts about 40 minutes with the hiring manager and senior roles. All questions are about the leadership principles.
