I did an interview with some people it was very unexciting and standard questions were asked throughout the interview. Nothing really to report on. The usual questions that you would expect to answer through any interview.
asked several questions on phone, the questions are, whats your name, whats your favorite movie, talk about something that happened to you and how you felt about it. He asked about you English fluency level too.

Not good. Like robots and not people. Coached to act a certain way I suppose. Not an enjoyable process and one that could be much more beneficial for both ends.
