I had a straightforward virtual phone interview. During the call, they inquired about my schedule availability, asked if I was able to lift 49 lbs, and discussed the requirement for safety shoes. However, they mentioned that the position was seasonal.

No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
