Usually you will have 3 rounds, with your manager, skip manager, HR.

The internal process is a loop - so you have 4 separate interviews with different Managers and one Bar Raiser. The base it on the Leadership Principles and a set of questions and they want answers in SBI format

1. Tell me about a time when you strongly disagreed with your manager or peer on something you considered very important to the business. What was it and how did you handle it? Knowing what you know now, would you do anything differently?
There were 4 interviews for L4 position. STAR method must be followed and you need to research about Leadership Principles of the company. They will reach out to you to know your availability and match it with the hiring manager.
