The interview process was a great experience. For the Senior Operation Manager role, you can expect to interview with 3-6 people from various business lines in Amazon. Be prepared to share stories in the STAR format, and make sure that they scale to the type of business Amazon run.s

For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. It will help if candidates are able to structure their responses in SBI format bringing out strengths that align with Amazon leadership principles.

Entretien
Long and drawn out, about 10 weeks from initial recruiter call to loop. Finally I was flown out to Atlanta, GA for a loop of 4 interviewers and a tour of the DC in total a 5 hour day.
Screening phase with a recruiter who explain the position and the process and answer any questions.
Interview loop with 7 interviews. Some are for soft skills and managerial capabilities, and other more technical with a use case to handle. You need also to send a writing exercise.
