Resume Submission: Through Amazon's careers website or campus recruitment.
2. Online Assessments
Coding Test: Includes problems related to algorithms, data structures, and coding skills.
Technical Assessment: Evaluates understanding of computer science fundamentals.
3. Phone Interviews
Technical Phone Screen: 45-60 minutes focusing on coding problems and basic system design.
Behavioral Questions: Assess alignment with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
HR interview, then I had 1 45 minute coding round with 10 minutes behavioral and 35 minutes coding. Behavioral round was typical star format questions probing at leadership principles. Ex. Tell me about a time you took initiative and it didn’t work out.
