You first have phone screening, then one/two interviews then a panel interviews where they ask you situational questions where you show your LP skills and past experience in form of situations (dive deep, bias for action etc)

Past situations in my work that demonstrate leadership principles
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
