The interview was supposed to be happened in 3 phases, I cleared the first two phase and was given clarity that I'm selected for the third round but unfortunately I got a email one week later saying that your profile doesn't match the desired job. If that was the case why were they interviewed for the first two round as well?

Suppose you're given a scenario where you have to deal with an angry customer, how will you response?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
