The interviewer was not very enthusiastic like I was expecting from the list of leadership principles. I shared my leadership experiences consciously addressing some of the leadership principles, but in the end, I was not able to pass to the next round.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to encounter oppositions while you were working on some project.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
